Production

The production process starts with the customer’s inquiry, followed by a quotation being elaborated.

Upon receiving an order from the customer, we start with production preparation in technology. Technology prepares production data according to the sent data, best in the dxf, igs, or step format.

We offer complete processing of sheet metals and metallurgical material with CNC technologies on machines from Trumpf, PTV, Macmatic, and Mikron Moravia. We implement area dividing and cutting of sheet metal panels using a water beam, sheet metal bending on an NC hydraulic press brake, metal machining, MIG/MAG and TIG (WIG) welding in a protective atmosphere of gases, and a fitter’s shop. We are able to implement both small- and large-series production, including all subcontracts.
